Office Mgr. / Bookkeeper needed immediately for multichannel distributor in Hauppauge. Must have Quickbooks/Peachtree/Sage50 experience. Notary a plus.

Company expanding and will be hiring throughout the year.
Weekday hours 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Flexible hours or full time. No weekends or evenings.
Job Responsibilities:

- General office work, filing, copying, organizing office, order entry, AR/AP. Maintain all office equipment and supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Data/ledger entry for **Peachtree/Sage50 accounting system**. AR/AP, financial reports, bank recs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing a must.
- Detail oriented with ability to work independently.
- Outgoing personality -- able to remain positively focused on overcoming challenges.
- Possesses a "can do" attitude, willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Strong computer skills. Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Outlook, **Peachtree/Sage50**.Flexible hours or full time. Min 25 hours per week. Full Time (37.5 hours) includes paid vacation, 401k, 1hr lunch. $24/hour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 37.5 per week
