Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Facilities Management, assists the Director and the Engineering Supervisor in the Engineering and Facilities department by performing various coordinating and administrative tasks and special assignments as directed for facilities operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 years formal office and administrative business curriculum preferred.

Experience
3-5 years experience; or formal administrative business training plus 2 years experience required.
Two-year previous experience in a facilities management setting with specific emphasis on customer service preferred.

Licensure and/or Certification
None required.

**Skills**:Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Computer skills required (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
Word processing skills of 60 wpm.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
