**At Jeremiah's Italian Ice, we are in need of COOL, BOLD and STRATEGIC Store Managers to serve our tasty frozen treats to our fantastic guests**

**Job Type: (full time) (45 hours per week)**

**Shift and Schedule: (weekends, evenings, holidays)**

**Location: (store location) Possibly this location or one of our locations in Ocala.**

**The Details**
- Deep understanding of Server and Shift Manager roles.
- Manage all operational aspects of the store including profit and loss, labor, budget, cleaning, ordering, inventory, product quality.
- Manage a staff of 15-25 employees.
- Build the brand in the community using local store marketing techniques.
- Increase sales.
- Provide all guests with five-star service.

**Pay & Benefits**
- Range starting at $40,000 and up based on experience.
- Bonus eligibility of at least $400 per month.
- Up to 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO).
- Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

**The Physical**
- Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to walk around small spaces, bend, stoop, kneel and lift overhead.
- Must be able to work on your feet for 8 - 10-hour shifts.
- Must be able to work a schedule in excess of 45 hours per week including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to move throughout an office space and stores during visits (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists.
- Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear.
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders.
- Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion.
- Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment.
