We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Store Manager to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for leading our bakery team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Lead the Bakery Team: Directly supervise and lead a team of bakery staff to ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and high-quality products.
- Implement Merchandising Programs: Develop and implement effective merchandising programs to drive sales growth, increase customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage Department Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the bakery department, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure Department Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring that all bakery products are displayed attractively and in compliance with company standards.
