uniform and linen rental services. Supervise Production Supervisors and all plant employees. Ensure production

levels and productivity goals are met. Maintain daily reports. Hire, train, and discipline employees as a means for

achieving goals. Maintain high level of quality of product being sent to customers. Ensure that company policies

and procedures are implemented and followed. Attract, recruit, select, train, coach, review, meet with, and

promote strong people within the organization. Manage the work performance and results of other

managers/employees. Achieve profit and loss objectives, control costs, use financial analyses, and operate within

budget guidelines.

**Requirements**: 24 months' experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Experience must include:
1. Fluency in the Spanish language, both oral and written.

2. One year of supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

3. One year of experience running one line of production with up to 25 operators in a production environment.

4. One year of experience training, coaching and disciplining production operators.

5. One year of experience directly responding to customers’ needs.

6. One year of direct experience supervising to standards and quotas within production workflow.

7. One year of experience approving weekly payroll.
