Job Overview: We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our hotel guests. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy of information - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Assist with reservations, including taking bookings over the phone or online - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations - Conduct night audit duties as required, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports Qualifications: - Previous experience in hospitality management or related field preferred - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette - Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management software is a plus - Bilingual/multilingual abilities are highly desirable - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills At our hotel, we value our employees' contributions and offer competitive compensation.
