As the Human Resources Manager at Famous Smoke Shop, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing our HR operations, driving strategic HR initiatives, and enhancing overall administrative efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**HR Management Functions**:

- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal standards and alignment with company goals.
- Overseeing employee relations activities, addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
- Administering compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and benefits enrollment, to ensure competitive and fair offerings.
- Managing performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Ensuring meticulous maintenance of employee records, safeguarding confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Leading employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

**Administrative Management Functions**:

- Overseeing the administrative functions of the HR department, ensuring efficient calendar management, appointment scheduling, and workflow optimization for executives and department heads.
- Organizing and maintaining comprehensive files, records, and documents related to HR operations and general administration, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance.
- Coordinating high-profile meetings and events, managing logístical arrangements, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure seamless execution.

**Leadership and Strategic Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and departments to support organizational initiatives and drive strategic HR projects.
- Providing strategic HR insights and recommendations to senior management, contributing to business planning and decision-making processes.
- Continuously updating knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements, ensuring compliance and proactive HR management.
- Leading HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Adhering to confidentiality guidelines and maintaining a high level of professionalism in handling sensitive HR and business-related information.
- Undertaking other duties and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of the HR and administrative functions.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in human resources management or a related role.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
