HR Management Functions:

  • Leading and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, including managing job postings, conducting interviews, overseeing candidate assessments, and ensuring effective onboarding processes.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal standards and alignment with company goals.
  • Overseeing employee relations activities, addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
  • Administering compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and benefits enrollment, to ensure competitive and fair offerings.
  • Managing performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Ensuring meticulous maintenance of employee records, safeguarding confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

Leadership and Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and departments to support organizational initiatives and drive strategic HR projects.
  • Providing strategic HR insights and recommendations to senior management, contributing to business planning and decision-making processes.
  • Continuously updating knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements, ensuring compliance and proactive HR management.
  • Leading HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources management or a related role.
