**R.J. Industries Inc.** is a general and mechanical construction company that specializes in large public works construction projects for Long Island and New York City municipalities. We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager that is able to grow with our company and take on increased responsibilities over time.
- Prepare and submit reports, professional documents and materials as necessary to service our clients.
- Contact our vendors and subcontractors to ensure that their required paperwork gets included in our client submissions.
- Experience with AIA billing forms and accounts receivable bookkeeping is desirable.

Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills
