**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create procedures with detailed documentation for how to arrange, set up and store the Sentric 3rd party equipment and supply orders in their designated locations so every site is setup exactly the same.
- Equipment Assembly
- Manage incoming orders, shipments and track date received and if any issues. We currently are doing this via excel and Jeremy logs receipt of every tool and supply as they come in.
- Primary contact for 3rd Party orders.
- Arrange shipping of all equipment to each location
- Design & Print out labels for all locations (Floor distance markers, Wall OEM signs).
- Inventory Management
- Quality Control for all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Assist in Portering vehicles at the Grand Rapids calibration facility once it’s open.
- Compare customer purchase orders to quotes to ensure correctness
- Contact the customers to request purchase order revisions as needed.
- Other responsibilities may be added or assumed based on necessity
