**Position Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)**:

- Liaison residential construction projects with Homeowner / Owner & Internal Management / Team from pre-construction thru turn over
- Build sustainable relationships of trust with the homeowner through open and interactive communication
- Collaborate and communicate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project schedules using BuilderTrend software, including validating schedule progression and adherence
- Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate construction
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site.
- Frequently inspect projects to verify quality, and work in progress, safety and security, taking photos of the progress of the projects
- Schedule & Communicate with subcontractors & provide support to avoid project delays
- Identify & initiate Construction trade partners for each project
- Schedule & liaison all homeowner & management walks per our processes
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes, safety and regulations, and maintain job-site integrity to Springdale standards
- Responsible for job site safety, security and cleanliness on a daily basis to OSHA guidelines
- Ensure/ schedule project inspections to conform to compliance with local & state municipalities
- Manage project documentation, including daily logs, purchase orders, change orders, photos and RFIs in BuilderTrend
- Provide trade partner feedback to management concerning the trade partner's timeliness, attention to detail and construction efficiency improvement with the goal of building stronger relationships & a better building process
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Provide on-site leadership and guidance to construction teams
- Maintain a 3 week & 6 week project agenda and accurately update project schedules
- Perform material take-offs and place orders
- Placement, timeliness, and accuracy of special orders
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenges as they arise
- Other duties as assigned

**General Requirements / Qualifications**
- Field experience required with a High School GED and/or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Single Family & Multi Family experience a plus
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the residential building industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials regarding residential construction
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Buildertrend or equivalent CRM, Microsoft and Google Suite
- Experienced with blueprint reading, interpretation and implementing them to construction
- Excellent project management skills using, best management methods to build relationships & be process oriented, planning conscious, budget focused and methodical scheduling practices
- Ability to manage trade performance (positive & negative)
- Demonstrate commitment to client satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively using best management practices
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control & maximize production efficiency
- Must have the ability to work in a very fast-paced industry and run multiple jobs that are in different phases of construction, at once
- Open to change + must have a growth / entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to lift 75 lbs safely, operate power tools, walk on roofs and climb ladders
- Carpentry Skills (preferred, not required)
- Charlotte, NC: Reliably commute to projects daily
