**Key Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day accounting tasks, including client write ups, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks
- Payroll processing and tax preparation, Sales tax preparation
- Corporate and Individual tax preparation and processing
- Corresponding with clients and tax authorities
- Support senior accounting staff with various projects and tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience or internships in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus
