Human Resources Project Coordinator Intern

**What you will do**:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of departmental processes and initiatives.
- Support the creation of project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and presentations.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of projects and processes.
- Adhere to deadlines and deliverables outlined by project leads and supervisors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, feedback, and insights for project evaluation and improvement.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project files, and responding to inquiries.
**Education**
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
**Experience**
- Strong interest in human resources, project management, and organizational development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or project management is a plus.
