The Role.
Let’s make moves We are looking for a Loan Officer Assistant II to join the Revolution and create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience for our customers. As a Loan Officer Assistant II at Revolution Mortgage, you will be an extension of the Loan Officer to increase sales opportunity and streamline the origination and approval process for the customer. This role will provide administrative, sales, and customer experience support while serving as a liaison between the customer and sales.
What you’ll be doing.
- The ability to communicate mortgage terms to a customer and review and explain the LE & CD
- Reviewing documentation and entire loan files to ensure deficiencies are resolved by working with loan officer and customer
- Assist Loan officer in marketing and CRM management as requested
- Assist in managing pipeline and utilize discretion and independent judgment around matters of fulfillment of deadlines during the mortgage process
- Track outstanding conditions and other items to ensure timely receipt
- Facilitate timely loan closings by working directly with the assigned Closer and Settlement agent as it relates to deadlines and other matters of significance.
What we are looking for
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of mortgage products, systems, software, policies, procedures, compliance, and operations
- Active National (NMLS) and applicable state mortgage licenses or the eligibility and ability to obtain a license after hire (Licensed Required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
