- Assist clients with claim reporting process and follow up
- Answer calls from clients, prospects, and carriers each day in a professional manner
- Respond to all client inquiries and requests in an accurate and timely fashion
- Follow up on outstanding customer inquiries
- Work with sales staff to meet and exceed our customers' expectations
**Skills**:
- **California Property and Casualty license is preferred**:
- **At least 1 year of commercial insurance experience preferred**:
- **Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel is required**:
- Must be coachable
- No sales experience required for this position
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
Expected hours: 32 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, 9am-5pm
