Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming inquiries regarding insurance policies and coverage, addressing consumer complaints and general questions
- Process payments for clients efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up on all inquiries
- Resolve complaints, assist in onboarding new clients, and provide suitable solutions within designated timeframes

Qualifications
- Experience in client-facing roles is advantageous
