Summary: You will ensure a superior patient experience and support the clinical team administratively. From the moment each visitor arrives and throughout their entire visit, you will provide a VIP-level experience. The requirements for this position include:
Responsibilities and Duties:

- A superior understanding of high-profile client needs and preferences
- A polished and professional appearance and manner
- Consistently provide an extremely high level of service at all times
- A solid understanding of insurance plans and ability to confirm patient's benefits and eligibility
- Calculate and collect payments such as co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance
- Ability to quickly analyze a situation, come up with solutions, and implement them effectively
- Schedule appointments and manage clinician schedules
- Computer and Internet savvy
- Stellar ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people, both in writing and verbally

Qualifications and Skills
2 years minimum experience in a hospitality or customer service-driven environment

An offer of employment may be contingent on satisfactory results of both a pre-employment drug screen, as well as a reference check/employment verification, and/or background check. All background checks will be performed in accordance with federal, state and local law.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
