Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage patient scheduling and appointments efficiently
- Coordinate treatment plans - PPO insurances
- Handle inquiries and provide information to patients regarding treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or similar role in a dental office
- Proficiency in using dental office software such as Open Dental, Dentrix or Eaglesoft
- Knowledge of Dental terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service principles
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Pay: $25.48 - $26.35 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
