**Essential Duties for Regional Director of Plumbing Division**:

- Run the Plumbing Division under the Plumbing General Manager's Direction
- Manage the General Superintendent and Superintendents in Arizona
- Business Development - Meet with Clients and build new relationships
- Follow up on Estimates and close work
- Support PMO Staff
- Perform Job Walks on Job sites
- Oversee Safety Practices
- Manage & Track Profit Margins to maintain or beat budgets
- Manage & Track the Production System for installation
- Present a strong company image
- Support other Divisions at Jet Industries
- Hire Employees, conduct employee reviews, and understand the employee hiring process
- Employee Training
- Oversee Warehouse Operations

**Requirements for Regional Director of Plumbing Division**:

- Comprehensive background in the Production Plumbing Industry
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a Plumbing Company or Division.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others and participate as a team player
- Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
