We are a modern Sacramento vertically integrated agency that provides services including realty, lending, appraisals, hard money lending, land development and flips to numerous clients throughout California. **Responsibilities**:
On the job, your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
Developing new business and prospecting new customers while maintaining a loan pipeline

**Qualifications**:
Must have an active NMLS and DRE License

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator Experienced in Arive System Guideline expertise Great communication skills A small book of business preferred
