Overview: KBishop Funding is on the lookout for a dedicated Home Mortgage Loan Originator who is currently licensed with an active NMLS number. This position is perfect for seasoned sales professionals passionate about empowering clients to navigate the mortgage process effectively.

Role Description: In this role, you'll utilize your NMLS licensing and sales expertise to assist clients by providing tailored advice and guiding them through each step of the mortgage process, ensuring they achieve homeownership smoothly and efficiently.

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance your strategies based on client feedback to increase overall satisfaction and effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Active NMLS License: Applicants must hold a current NMLS license in good standing to qualify for this position.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate complex mortgage details in an understandable manner.

First 90 Days Objectives:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our range of mortgage products and the overall home buying process.
  • Develop effective strategies for managing leads and nurturing client relationships.
  • Become proficient in utilizing our CRM system to track client interactions and streamline processes.

Working Environment:

  • This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere.
