Overview:
Join our team at Reliant Lending, a leading Mortgage Broker, as a Loan Officer Assistant. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to assist clients in securing loans for their financial needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze financial information such as credit reports, income statements, and asset documentation to determine loan eligibility.
- Ensure compliance with TILA, Fair Housing regulations, and other relevant lending laws.
- Collaborate with underwriters to secure approval for loans.
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends, products, and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with escrow agents, title companies, and other third parties involved in the loan process.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in basic math for financial calculations.
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing processes.
- Ability to perform credit analysis to assess borrower risk.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
