**Job Title**:Customer Service Representative (Onsite)
- **Duration **:long-term contract

- **Interview**: In-person only.
- Ensures lobby equipment (copier, phone, fax) and forms are operationally available to customers throughout the day.
- Logs customer into computer-based system for data collection and customer service resolution; escalates complex inquiries as needed.
- Educates customers on community partners and the benefits/features of my ACCESS Account, including account setup and password resets.
- Assists customers with referrals to other agencies and community resources.
- Monitors lobby traffic flow and notifies supervisor of any issues.
- Completes client registration clearances (CRAD) as needed.
- Requests additional information/verification required to establish or continue eligibility for public assistance programs.
- Ensures electronic case records are documented thoroughly and properly.
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail and scans documents into the appropriate electronic file.
- Performs special work assignments and other related duties as required or assigned.
- Maintains and develops professional knowledge and skills through performance conferences, staff meetings, mandatory training, and workshops.
**Skills/Knowledge**:
- Principles and techniques of effective communication.
- Office procedures and practices.
- Basic arithmetic.
- Ability to deal with the public tactfully, courteously, and effectively.
- Clear and correct speaking ability.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
