**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provides high-quality customer service.
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Shuttles the guests to and from the airport.
- Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
- Other duties as required with the department.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience desired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- At least 22 years of age, per auto insurance requirement. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
