Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Be an enthusiastic brand ambassador for The 228 in Sterling and Cordials Catering
- Active listening skills to understand wedding couple needs and event preferences
- Market facility effectively to drive interest and engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process and communication with venue coordinator.
- Utilize Tripleseat or similar platforms to manage event details and customer interactions
- Analyze event outcomes and feedback to continuously improve future events
- Assist in business development efforts by identifying new event opportunities
- Be responsible for achieving wedding event sales goals and item upgrade percentages
- Genuine personality and adaptable to various personalities and budgets
- Open and accepting of all types of unions.
- Ability to make people feel at ease while visiting and utilizing facility
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude even in high energy situations.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in event planning or sales is required
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate event success metrics
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships for repeat or referral business
- Familiarity with technology, sales and social media engagement

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
