Responsibilities include:

  • Learning about the history of Colloca Estate Winery
  • Meeting with clients as well as responding to calls and emails.
  • Draft proposals and contracts for clients.
  • Organize the event from start to finish including linen rentals.
  • Keep clients informed and up to date with planning progress.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and other basic computer software.
  • Stay on top of current wedding trends so you can make recommendations that will enhance the client’s experience.
  • Train and manage staff leading up to, during, and after the event.
  • Attend weekly Manager meetings.
  • Keep track of all wedding expenses and payments.
  • Troubleshoot unforeseen obstacles to keep things moving along and on schedule.
  • Fill in and work events as needed (i.e. serving, bartending)
  • Ensure the event follows all relevant health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
