Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Car Sales & Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who is skilled in both the sales and purchase of vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for buying cars at auctions and other endeavours to purchase automobiles, assessing their value, and managing the resale process to customers.

 

Responsibilities:

•          Identify and purchase vehicles from auctions that meet our company standards.

•          Perform basic assessments and valuations of purchased vehicles.

•          Manage the end-to-end sales process, from greeting customers to closing sales.

•          Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions.

•          Provide excellent customer service and follow up with potential and existing clients.

•          Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success.

 

Qualifications:

•          Proven experience in car sales and acquisitions, preferably in a dealership setting.

•          Prior experience in running a dealership independently preferred.

•          Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make smart purchasing decisions.

•          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•          Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•          Knowledge of the latest automotive trends and familiarity with the local market.

•          Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
