**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the performance of the technical service team, ensuring efficient installation, testing, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
- Define clear roles and responsibilities within the team, ensuring alignment with tasks and objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and support to facilitate the professional development of team members.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety requirements, company policies, and procedures.
- Generate regular reports and updates for management, offering insights into team performance and project status.

**Skills**:

- Minimum of three years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within technical services or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and excelling under pressure.
- Proficiency with multidisciplinary systems and adeptness in troubleshooting and efficiently solving technical problems.
- Qualifications:

- Education in a relevant field, such as control technology, mechanics, or electricity.
- Demonstrated experience in service calls and preventive maintenance.
- Strong customer service skills with a dedicated focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent organizational skills and a systematic approach to work.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
