**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise a team of detailers, ensuring quality work and efficient operations
- Sell services and respond to clints
- Perform detailing tasks such as buffing, cleaning, and window tinting, help as needed
- Train new detailers on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of vehicle detailing
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Drive vehicles to and from designated areas as required

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in custodial or detail work is required
- Knowledge of buffing, cleaning, and window tinting techniques is preferred
- Familiarity with car wash operations is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
