  • Clean and refurbish used trucks, including minor repairs, painting wheels/bumpers, cleaning carpets/floors, cleaning windows, and buffing and polishing vehicles as needed.
  • Inspect all units thoroughly to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Maintain our dealership's standard of excellence in quality and service.
  • Maintain the proper function of all tools and equipment.
  • Report any damage or issues to the General Manager.
  • Maintain shop capacity, efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Precise attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record, CDL a plus.
  • Must pass pre-employment MVR and drug screen.
