This position is roughly 90% operational, and 10% administrative. Administrative tasks include scheduling, completing assessments, participating in meetings, managing inventory, and various tasks of that nature. Operational tasks include ensuring all operations within department are being executed with excellence, consistently developing leaders, and coaching team members. This individual must be committed to meeting and exceeding company goals, as well as passionate about the growth and impact of a team and organization.
