About this Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to senior executives both within and outside the company. This position involves managing a range of office functions, including file management, communication handling, scheduling, and document review. The Administrative Assistant must possess experience in working closely with senior-level executives, as well as interacting with customers and visitors. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with at least three years of experience in an administrative support role.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring efficient organization and accessibility.

Screen and interview callers, providing appropriate assistance or referrals as necessary.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments for senior executives, managing calendars and logistics.

Receive, refer, or respond to mail and other communications promptly and professionally.

Review drafts and finished documents for grammatical accuracy and adherence to established standards.

Provide information and assistance to colleagues, customers, and visitors regarding office operations, policies, and procedures.

Gather, compile, and report on information relevant to senior executives' assignments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Interact with customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, representing the company positively.

Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned to support the efficient functioning of the office.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative support role, with demonstrated experience working with senior-level executives.

Experience in interacting with customers and visitors in a professional setting.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, customers, and visitors at all levels.

Must be willing to obtain a public trust clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen
