As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the facility and services offered
- Assist with reservations and appointments
- Process payments and maintain member/client accounts
- Manage phone calls and appointments with excellent phone etiquette
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Perform Front Desk audit duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as Front Desk or in the Industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Proficiency in using front desk software systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
