• Greet and engage with members, providing a warm and welcoming environment
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, showcasing the benefits of our science-based workout
• Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks
• Conduct studio tours, highlighting the unique features and amenities of our studio
• Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
• Sell memberships, promoting the value and benefits of our program
• Follow up with prospective clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
• Address member concerns in a professional and objective manner, resolving issues efficiently
• Participate in marketing and outreach events, representing our brand and promoting our services
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a positive experience for members
