Fitness Ambassador

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand values.

• Greet and engage with members, providing a warm and welcoming environment
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, showcasing our unique approach to fitness
• Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, member inquiries, and other tasks
• Provide studio tours, highlighting our facilities and services
• Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
• Sell memberships, promoting our brand and services to potential clients
• Follow up with prospective clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process
• Address member concerns in a professional and objective manner
• Participate in marketing and outreach events, representing our brand
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

As a Fitness Ambassador, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $18.00, a dynamic and supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth and development.

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance. Our 60-minute classes, led by certified coaches, target at least 12 minutes in the Orange Zone, resulting in increased calorie burn and improved overall fitness.
