ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to deliver comprehensive administrative assistance.
This role will primarily focus on supporting the Human Resources Division by facilitating various HR operations and providing general administrative support across other departments as required.
Additionally, this position may serve as a backup for essential functions, including those of the Executive Assistant, and may undertake other program assistant responsibilities within the agency, including front desk duties when necessary.
