**Working with us, you’ll earn $16 - $18 per hour, depending on your experience, plus an annual performance-based bonus. **Your daily responsibilities as a Recruiter with Summit will include**:

- Staying up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to inform recruitment strategies and best practices.

**To qualify, you must have at least 1 year of prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Staffing Specialist or Recruiter and**:

- Prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
