Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

$65-$80k per yr based on education, experience, and certifications

**Your Impact Here at MBC**
- Scheduling Responsibilities:

- Modify the daily schedule once it is published and cover any scheduling changes that may include our day case comprehensive hours, as well as after-school hours to 4:30PM.
- Maintain consistent communication with all staff members regarding scheduling changes that occur.
- Work closely with the administrative coordinator and clinical leadership team to troubleshoot any scheduling difficulties for the day.
- Training Responsibilities:

- Maintains on-boarding procedures and training systems
- Conducts and facilitates onboarding training for all new hires
- Assists with oversight of electronic data collection system (e.g., Central Reach)
- Leads initiatives for on-going training and professional development of all staff
- Assists in supervising and managing ABA therapists
- Meets with the Training Team on a regular basis
- Support ongoing needs of the center (e.g., participate in initiatives to boost and maintain morale, assist with daily staffing needs such as supporting busing, providing on-call coverage, etc.)
- Work closely with the administrative coordinator and clinical leadership team to troubleshoot any scheduling difficulties for the day.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

**Requirements**:

- BCBA or BCaBA preferred or on track to be certified and licensed
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with children with Autism or PDD population using the ABA model
- Experience with the development, training, and mentorship of staff in an ABA Setting
- Articulate and thorough communicator who is comfortable speaking in both small and large groups
- Must be committed to the dissemination of ABA through a caring and compassionate lens
- Ability to retain thorough and detailed records
- Must be able to work independently and maintain a professional yet friendly demeanor when working in the home and clinic.
