Clinical Manager Job Description

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to fill the role of Clinical Manager. As a Clinical Manager, you will lead a team of BCBAs in creating a positive and transformative impact on the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavioral and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and Leadership: Oversee and guide a team of BCBAs, providing mentorship, support, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Program Development: Design and implement effective, ethical behavior intervention programs tailored to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring clinical integrity and the highest quality of care.
  • Clinical Oversight: Conduct regular assessments and analyses to monitor progress, making data-driven decisions to enhance intervention strategies.
  • Staff Development: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the clinical team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of services, promoting a holistic approach to client care.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Client and Family Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients and their families, serving as a point of contact for addressing concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive therapeutic experience.
