**Position Overview**:
As an Exterior Restoration Adjuster/Estimator, you will play a crucial role in assessing property damage, estimating repair costs, and facilitating the restoration process. You will work closely with property owners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Property Assessment**: Conduct thorough inspections of damaged properties to assess the extent of the damage.
- **Estimation**: Accurately calculate repair costs, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed reports and documentation outlining the scope of work, cost breakdowns, and timelines.
- **Customer Communication**: Communicate effectively with property owners, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate with insurance companies and adjusters to ensure fair and timely settlements for clients.
- **Project Management**: Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, coordinating schedules, resources, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout the restoration process, conducting inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all work complies with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to exterior restoration, and implement improvements to processes and procedures as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and administration, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in exterior restoration, construction estimating, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to accurately assess property damage and calculate repair costs.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors.
- Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Xactimate or similar estimating software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Certification or licensure in relevant areas (e.g., IICRC certifications) is a plus.

Pay: $65,336.70 - $100,000.00 per year
