Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Keeping the records timely and current with the policyholder and insurance company.
- Obtain insurance quotes from different insurance agents and companies.
- Help in determining the validity of coverage and the extent of insurance benefits.
- Present different quotes for insurance policies and obtain timely approval.
- Record invoice and request payment.
- File claims, collect and send all required information to insurance companies until claim is completed.
- Correctly transfer information to database and worksheets.
- Maintain a control of all insurance policies to ensure continuous coverage.

Requirements, Qualifications and Other Personal Characteristics:

- Education in business administration field with minimum 1-2 years of work experience.
- Math and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel Functions.
- Detail oriented with organizational and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong sense of responsibility in completing projects in a timely and accurate manner.
- Team player and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent (speak, read, write).

Work Environment:
No or very limited physical effort required. Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. Full-time position.
