Description:
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- General office duties include opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
- Help the Ancillary Manager with all administrative duties
- Maintaining authorization duties within the audiology department
- Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone. Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues.
- Completing medical record requests and filing them appropriately.
- Filing paperwork, including EOB’s, medical record requests, correspondence, etc.) and maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Ensuring EOD pictures are sent as requires
- Updating patient demographics as needed.
- Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders.
- Addressing office repair and maintenance when needed
- Other job duties as assigned by the Ancillary Supervisor and Director of Audiology

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- High school diploma plus one-year experience in an office environment
- Maintaining flexibility with commuting to different location to meet clinical needs
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving/reconciliation skills
- Organized with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good computer skills.
- Willingness to learn, as our company is always changing and striving to improve
- Able to commute to our other offices as needed
- Professionalism: high level of integrity required and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bilingual preferred.

**Physical Demands**:

- Sit for long periods at a time
- Use hands and fingers in repetitive motions, daily
