Assistant Project Manager 

As the Assistant Construction Superintendent, you will play a key role in supporting the Sr. Project Manager

  • Overseeing residential construction sites.
  • Heavily administrative, requiring exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You will be responsible for managing project documentation, contracts, purchase orders, and ensuring project timelines are adhered to.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in construction, preferably in California.
  • Ability to read and analyze architectural plans.
  • Experience working with local cities and jurisdictions is preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
