Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Podiatric Medical Assistant to join our team You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Bilingual Spanish/English is a must.

Responsibilities:

Handle all administrative duties promptly

  • Escort patients to exam rooms
  • Prepare patients for procedures
  • Perform routine medical procedures to support doctors
  • Chart Management
  • Coding and scheduling hospital surgeries

​Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of Podiatry experience in Medical Assisting.
  • Familiarity with drawing injections, setting out instruments, assisting in-office procedures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work at both Montebello and Duarte offices
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
