**Responsibilities**:
- ** Marketing and Sales** - Make our company known, sell our product and get prospects in influence of the branch.
- ** Exceptional customer service** - actively and genuinely listen to our customers’ needs.
- ** Loan processes** - specific knowledge about lending products and financing, also Credit history analysis.
- ** Collection activities** - monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts, take actions to encourage timely debt payments, and update account status and collection efforts. Process payments and cash register balancing.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Passionate for Sales** (computer, numeric and excellent customer service skills).
- Superior verbal and written skills in English and Spanish are a must.
- High integrity, responsiveness, professionalism, work under pressure, positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes.
- Over one year of full-time, work experience: Sales experience (e.g. positions with sales goals).
- Valid driver's license.
