Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and recommending personalized solutions.

Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, promoting our insurance products and services.

Presentation Skills: Deliver informative and engaging presentations to clients, explaining policy details and benefits.

Bilingual Support: Assist Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of policies.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or coverage to existing clients.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Handle and delegate customer inquiries and service requests Provide information about the products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns without assistance

Document and update customer records based on interactions with accuracy

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.


Requirements

MUST BE BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH)

Must be able to commute to the office Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM office hours.

Licensing: Must obtain active California Property & Casualty License within 90-day probationary period

Experience: No experience, we will train you.

Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in an office-based setting, fostering a collaborative environment

Team Collaboration: Capable of working closely with a team to achieve common goals and provide exceptional service.
