The Acquisition Team for Rural Hub Delivery is looking for a highly self-motivated, results-driven problem solver for an Onboarding role to drive the expansion. As an Onboarding Support team member with Amazon Hub Delivery, you will be working with applicants across Rural America, delivering results for your region’s goals, improving customer experience and removing any blockers. You will provide data driven strategic insights and ensure high operational standards in a fast-paced environment. Your personal engagement, relationship building, and analytical skills are key to developing a trusted relationship with our applicants as we walk them through the onboarding process.
Key job responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for applicant’s questions, escalations, and concerns.
- Knowledgeable and cross-trained in all stages of the onboarding process so you can assist applicants for any stage in the funnel.
- Work cross functionally with the vetting, acquisition and account management team to problem solve, drive continuous improvements for the applicant process and the customers.
- Manage challenging goals, issues, and projects to help deliver results and increase productivity.
