**Minimum qualifications**:

- 11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
- 5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
- Experience with coaching advertisers on online advertising or shopping platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience in owning sales team operations and sales leadership (e.g., portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution).
- Experience with Google Ads or Search Ads 360, and working with third-party ad serving tools.
- Experience working with media agencies, ad tech companies, and large media buying/trading companies, with the ability to develop and deliver business strategies and relationships sustainable in the short and long-term.
- Ability to develop actionable insights to capture opportunities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess performance.

As a Head of Search Ads 360, you will lead and coach a team of high-performing SA360 Specialists who work with Google Ads Sales teams and gTech partners to implement leading search marketing technology and best practices.

In this role, you will lead, coach and support the team closely to maximize media business growth on SA360 to identify new opportunities and grow businesses, assisting in the acquisition, growth and maturity against specific growth and product adoption metrics. You will drive media activation and optimization efforts for advertisers and agencies. You will deliver a SA360 user experience by providing our clients and agencies with valuable insights and recommendations. You will be a customer and results-focused, and recognize when solutions need to scale.

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities**:

- Act as an expert on programmatic, data driven advertising within agency and advertiser environments, and build skills in areas (e.g., relationship-building, opportunity identification and solution business).
- Deliver business growth, engagement, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of GCS-managed customers in an assigned market. Manage executive-level relations through key meetings, business reviews, and speaking engagements.
- Establish clear program key performing indicators/objective key results and own outcomes for the Search Ads 360 (SA360) program, translating market or customer needs into business activations and product strategies to drive execution.
- Lead, coach and develop the team, providing development, guidance, feedback and motivation to ensure sustainable client growth, agency satisfaction and enhanced portfolio health.
- Influence across team and cross-organizational teams to align on objectives, resource allocation, and direction, driving decisions that maximize strategic benefit to Google and customers.
