**About the job**:
In this role, you will lead the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Privacy go-to-market strategy, including how GCS customers and users engage with our products and solutions. You will engage with the various product, marketing, and GCS teams to drive product changes and create go-to-market strategies and effective incentive systems. You will shape valuable global experience, leading a virtual team of local product experts in other regions to manage programs, share discoveries and uncover new insights.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities**:

- Define GCS product and go-to-market strategy for Measurement and Privacy within GCS from concept to scale.
- Identify key product needs across GCS and partner with Product and Engineering teams to execute action plans, partner with in-region teams to ensure promoter readiness to support new products/features.
- Develop and refine best practices and collateral for planning, pitching and measuring success.
- Work with Product, Marketing, Operations and other cross-functional partners to identify and size market and customer opportunities, plan and manage programs to execute against those opportunities, and partner with sales leadership on achieving those strategies globally and in-region.
