UCF College of Community Innovation and Education: (CCIE):
UCF College of Community Innovation and Education is a one-of-a-kind academic unit with distinct, interdisciplinary expertise and potential for partnership with community stakeholders, conceived to address societal challenges and work alongside the community. Established in 2018, the college offers undergraduate and graduate programs on the main campus and UCF Downtown. At the heart of the college's mission is the institutional commitment to transform lives and strengthen society by developing a unified vision and innovative solutions to complex social issues. CCIE promotes innovation through state-of-the-art interdisciplinary research with social impact, contemporary inclusive teaching and learning practices, and preeminent service for the disciplines, the institution, and the community.
The Opportunity:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of collaborative partnerships to leverage expertise and expand CCIE’s reach and impact.- Identify opportunities and partners for reciprocal community relationship initiatives, activities, and events, across Central Florida that support growing a networked, resourced community.- Attend community events on behalf of CCIE.- Collaborate with CEP staff to engage and energize internal and external stakeholders, and to produce consistent and quality community engagement initiatives, activities, and events.- Collaborate with the CEP Events and Communication Coordinator and the Office of Communications to disseminate data about CCIE partnerships and community engagement initiatives, activities, and events to varied audiences.- Track and report metrics related to the impact of CCIE partnerships and CEP efforts.- Other duties as assigned related to the execution of CEP's mission.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Robust networking capabilities -Proven experience engaging and communicating with various stakeholders and audiences.-
- Previous experience representing an organization requiring a high level of public contact including internal and external stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.- Demonstrated skills in organization, project management, creativity, and problem-solving.- Willingness and availability to work a varied schedule when needed (may include some evenings and weekends).
